Wheel rev 1: 110 mm of split-TPU attitude

The wheels got more design love than any other part so far — which is exactly why they were the right place to start sweating details. Rev 1 is a 110 mm × 55 mm split TPU tire: two 27.5 mm halves joined by a stepped lap joint, with chevron tread that bridges the seam so there's no debris-catching groove.
The rim is a two-piece beadlock clamped by an eight-bolt circle, with a 6 mm hub bore, two angled set screws, and a separately bolted front cap embossed with a Bobby portrait. Triangular webbing inside the tire keeps it light but honest.

Sectional analysis caught a real problem
A cross-section review showed the motor-shaft set screw sits too close to the rim for tool access — the wheel couldn't be removed without a fight. One more edit before printing: likely moving shaft clamping to the front, under the removable Bobby cap.
Rule of the shop: print one complete test wheel before the other three.
